1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QRise, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

QRise provides tools to:

  • Generate QR codes

  • Scan QR codes

  • Store and organize QR data

  • Create dynamic QR links (with account)

  • View analytics for QR usage (with account)

3. User Accounts

  • Creating an account is optional

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

  • You agree to provide accurate information

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use QRise for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Fraud, scams, or misleading QR codes

  • Phishing or malicious redirects

  • Harmful, abusive, or deceptive content

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. QR Code Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content encoded in your QR codes.
QRise does not verify or control the content of QR destinations.

6. Dynamic QR Services

For users with accounts:

  • Dynamic QR codes are hosted on our servers

  • We may process scan data (e.g., country, device type, timestamp)

  • Service availability is not guaranteed at all times

We may limit or modify features in free or future paid tiers.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of QRise is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data.

8. Third-Party Services

QRise may integrate with third-party services such as:

  • Google Sign-In

  • Google AdMob

  • Cloud database providers

These services are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The QRise app, branding, and code are owned by Divine Engine

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

QRise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

  • Error-free operation

  • Continuous availability

  • Accuracy of QR scan results

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or misuse of QR codes

  • You use the app at your own risk

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Abuse or misuse is detected

You may stop using the app at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves.
Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
